Storyline of our book:
Patchy Scratchy is a big black cat who is allergic to wool. Whenever he touches it, his fur falls out and he scratches himself silly. Other cats are mean to Patchy because of his itchy, pink skin, but everything changes when he saves a kitten from a flooded drain. Suddenly he’s a hero and everybody wants to know him. The nasty cats try to win Patchy’s friendship, but he realizes that while having friends is nice, being happy with himself is so much better.
